As a wedding celebrant, my job isn’t just to help you create the perfect wedding ceremony – I want to help make your wedding planning as easy and stress-free as possible. Finding vendors – especially rad, alternative, and gay-friendly vendors – can be a real hassle. So on this page you’ll find vendors I’ve had the pleasure of working with or have featured here on the Gothic Wedding Planner blog. If you’re on the hunt for the perfect venue, photographer, dress designer, steampunk machinist, cupcake baker, magician, or other alternative vendor for your wedding, chances are high you’ll find them on this page.
Remember, most NZ-based vendors can travel throughout the country, and 99% of the companies that aren’t location-dependent (such as online stores) can ship their products anywhere in the world, so much sure you check out them all.
These are legitimate wedding businesses run by alternative folk just like you – no poker sites or fluffy white princess dresses here. You will find a range of haunted venues, stunning corset designers and skull-obsessed cake decorators, though!
All vendors on this page are same-sex couple friendly. If you approach any of these vendors, tell them you came from the Gothic Wedding Planner blog, and you may just get a special surprise.
